Manufacturing Process Of AL6XN Fittings

Forging

Using a forging machine to lower the outside diameter and bevel the pipe end or extension is one method of making forged fittings.

Rolling Wheel

The core is inserted into the pipe using butt weld fittings. After that, processing the rim and pushing the exterior with a roller.

Stamping

Expand the pipe end in the punching machine to the desired size and shape by using a tapered core.

Bending
